Gautham Menon and Simbu have varied tastes but they are teaming up for a film.
After completing ‘Vaaranam Aayiram,’ Gautham Menon started directing ‘Chennayil Oru Mazhaikaalam.’ But he stopped mid way to start discussions on another story. It’s learnt that Gautham has evolved a story for Simbu. So, it is expected that Gautham’s next directorial venture will be a Simbu film.
When asked about it,. Simbu confirmed the news. After ‘Silambattam,’ Simbu was to have flown to Toronto for ‘Podaa Podi.’ Since the temperature is below degree now in Toronto , it looks like a cold, snowy place and shooting cannot take place there now. It will take another month before shooting could take place there, so Simbu plans to act in Gautham’s film in the mean time.
Gautham on his part says, “I’ve created a story but who is to act in it, will be decided in the near future. Once the cast is finalized, I will make the announcement.”
