In ‘Sarvam’ directed by Vishnuvardhan, Arya and Trisha play the parents of a small child. In ‘Abhiyum Naanum,’ Trisha plays the daughter of Prakashraj, so would it not damage her image to play a mother in her next film? To this logical question, she gives a breezy answer, “That was in another film, this is a different film.”

The real incident of donating the organs of a person, who had died in an accident, greatly affected Vishnuvardhan. Based on this, the director evolved the climax scene. It would be known earlier that Trisha would die in the climax scene, so she donates her heart to a child, said one crew member.
