The film was shot in Tirunelveli, and the actress, it seems, made it a point to visit the Gandhimathi Amman whenever she visited Tirunelveli after that cause the movie gave her many offers.
Recently, the haute actress paid the Kuzhakara Devi Temple in Azhapuzha a visit and did a Thulabaaram (offering goods worth your weight to a deity) with fruits as a prayer.
