Starting from the grand invitations for the inaugural pooja, ‘Kandasamy’ has been arousing lots of high expectations. After so much of hype, the film is finally hitting the screens this Friday.
A record number of 800 prints have been made for a worldwide release. The prints for Andhra are separate and then the total would be nearer 900.
About 45 prints are meant for screening in America alone. This is supposed to be more than ‘Sivaji.’ 30 theatres in Chennai will screen ‘Kandasamy.’ Along with it, the trailer of Bharat’s ‘Kandein Kaadhalai’ will be screened. Moser Baer made a deal at a pricey rate with Kalaipuli Thanu for this.
