In a recent development on the issue of Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara, the Nadigar Sangam has summoned both the actors before the Court on November 23, 2010.
It can be recalled that the Court had earlier instructed the Nadigar Sangam to make available both the actors, who did not appear before the judges on October 19, 2010, when the case came up for hearing. Hence, a summon was sent to Mr. Natesan of Nadigar Sangam.
After consulting lawyers, the Sangam has sent court notices to Nayanthara’s residence in Kochi and Prabhu Deva’s residence in Alwarpet, Chennai, by registered post on Tuesday evening.
The actors, who have been avoiding public appearances, were unavailable for comment.
