Sri Lanka woos UAE for its tourism sector

(IANS/WAM) Sri Lanka wants UAE businessmen to invest in joint tourism ventures in this country.

The sentiment reflected when Sri Lanka’s Minister for Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa called on the UAE public and private sectors.

Speaking to WAM, Rajapaksa said his country is open for Emirati investors who seek to invest in the areas of hotels, resorts and other entertainment facilities in the best of interest of the two friendly peoples.
