Sri Lanka govt ally protests NATO attack in Pakistan

(PTI) The activists of National Freedom Front (NFF), an ally in the ruling coalition of President Mahinda Rajapaksa, today protested here against the NATO attack in Pakistan late month.

The NATO air strike had left 24 Pakistani soldiers dead along the Pak-Afghan border.

Protestors numbering a few hundreds held posters carrying the portrait of the US president Barrak Obama calling ”wanted for murder”.

They urged US to respect the sovereignty of Pakistan.#
