Upcoming actor Ganesh Venkatraman is gearing up for his solo hero release Pani Thuli directed by Natty Kumar soon. While talking about the film, Ganesh recounts the Hollywood connection of Pani Thuli. In the film Ganesh sports two completely different looks, one in Chennai where his character Shiva is a very simple Chennai boy which did not require much make-up.
But when the story moves to the US, the script demanded a radical change in the character and it was mandatory that the character looked very stylized and suave. Hence the production team flew in Hollywood superstar Hugh Jackman’s personal make up artiste Rose hill from Los Angeles to do Ganesh’s makeup for the film. She completely designed his look in the film. From his makeup to different hair styles that he sports, she gave Ganesh the ‘Hollywood Look’ which the director Natty Kumar had in mind.
