Simbu Behind The Mystery Of Dhanush’s Sachin Anthem?

image A couple of days ago, the removal of Dhanush’s  Sachin Anthem created a lot of buzz in the media. While rumour mills were working overtime with stories linking Simbu in the incident, the truth was that it was accidentally been removed by Mr Anushkan Jeyarajah of JR Media Works. Behindwoods.com brings you the original story behind the disappearance of Dhanush’s  Sachin Anthem.

In an exclusive email interview, Mr Anushkan, from Switzerland has described the incident as follows.  On Feb 9, Mr Anushkan was searching for the illegal releases of his film Soundtrack Album ‘Aayiram Nilavu Unnidam Kanden’ (ANUK) on YouTube and soundcloud. He says, “I saw several uploads on YouTube and initiated the copyright infringement complaint against those uploads. There were four links on YouTube and I filled in the Copyright Complaint Form against those four links. Then I saw Dhanush’s Sachin Anthem and opened the link in a new browser and listened to the track while filling the form.  I added all links in that form, submitted and sent it to YouTube. I received a confirmation from YouTube that the links would be reviewed.”

Later on, when he realized that Dhanush’s video was in the clipboard and he had put that link into the Copyright Complaint Form, he wrote a mail immediately to YouTube to cancel the request for Copyright infringement.

He says that when he checked the email later, he found that his message was caught by the spam filter of his browser. "However, when I checked the You Tube, Dhanush’s Sachin Anthem was available at that time," he adds. Apparently he considered that his complaint was rejected by YouTube as he did not receive any reply from YouTube regarding the Sachin Anthem Video.

Later when he checked his Facebook the first message was that  Dhanush’s Sachin Anthem was removed and tagged with J.R Mediaworks. He started receiving questions and messages into his inbox and Facebook wall. He says that he also received several calls from people known to him asking as to why and how did he remove the video. He searched his mailbox to find out the mail that got stuck in spam and sent it to YouTube again. He says that he went to sleep after speaking on this issue to some of his close friends.

Mr Anushkan says that the next morning, he woke up to a threatening call in Tamil from India. He explained the situation and said that a mail has been sent to YouTube retracting the statement. He forwarded the mail again to YouTube with a copy marked to the person from India. "On my way to work, I checked the YouTube and was relieved to see that the Anthem has been restored," he says.

Mr Anushkan says that he made the official statement through Behindwoods.com because there were many rumours, different stories and lies. He adds, “I am very sorry for what happened and never thought of hurting Dhanush’s feeling. It’s also very sad that the media linked Simbu in this.”

He says that though he is a friend of one of Simbu’s close friends, neither Simbu nor his friend has anything to do with the removal of the anthem.

Before signing off, he says that he was extremely sorry for what happened and it’s really an accident. “I love Dhanush’s acting and watch his film. This was no action against him.  Purely a mistake! Sorry to have hurt the feelings of Dhanush sir, Anirudh, Boost Energy India and everybody who was involved in this video and loved this video as I do," he signs off.
