Kandupidi Kandupidi features Seeman, Murali and Aishwarya Devan. Following the marriage of Murali and Aishwarya, a series of mysterious events unfold and they are investigated thoroughly by Seeman, a CBCID operative. Intensive research has been carried out on the actual techniques employed by the CBCID to make the proceedings seem authentic.
Director Ram Subaraman has also taken it upon himself to spread environment consciousness through his film in order to encourage viewers to take up the green initiative. A scene shows saplings being distributed at a wedding instead of the traditional mementos and the message has also been worked into the dialogue. The makers have promised viewers a seriously gripping film.
