It’s the competition that makes the South Indian fans celebrate movies. The competitors of the Tamil film industry, as we all know have always paired into two and Vijay and Ajith have always been one of the strongest combatants of Tamil cinema.
However, the competition is limited only to the silver screen. Vijay went and met Ajith on the sets of Mankatha and since then their bond has become stronger, says Vijay. It seems both the actors’ family get-together often. In fact, Ajith’s and Vijay’s children go to the same school. Vijay also says that it is good to have a healthy competition in the industry and that he is thoroughly enjoying the same. "Professionally we may be rivals, but personally we are good friends," reveals Vijay.
