Standing Ovation For Sridevi In Faraway Toronto

image Sridevi’s comeback vehicle English Vinglish was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and the response from the people and critics who saw it has been nothing short of overwhelming. There was a standing ovation for about 10 minutes at the end of its screening at the Roy Thomson hall.

Sridevi’s performance has floored the critics world over and they found the subject of the movie to be having universal connect. They believe that this film represents the changing face of Indian cinema which is no longer restricted by the customary song dance routines.

With such glowing reviews before its Indian release, the expectations just got higher for this Gauri Shinde movie which has big stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Ajith Kumar performing guest roles.
